He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Cardiff Business School, United Kingdom, a Postgraduate Diploma in Textiles from the United Kingdom, and a Chartered Textile Engineer (CText ATI) from The Textile Institute, Manchester, United Kingdom. He brings over thirty-nine years of experience across the financial services and industrial manufacturing sectors. He serves as Chairman and Director of Ibrahim Fibres Limited and Allied Bank Limited, and has held this role at the Bank since 2004. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Ibrahim Holdings (Private) Limited and Ibrahim Agencies (Private) Limited. Additionally, he serves as a Director on the boards of ABL Asset Management Company Limited, Karachi Education Initiative, and the Pakistan German Business Forum. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the National Management Foundation, the parent body of Lahore University of Management Sciences and represents the Allied Bank at the Pakistan Business Council. He also holds advisory roles with National University of Sciences and Technology and the Global Think Tank Network.

He brings over twenty-seven years of diversified experience across finance, information technology, and industrial sectors. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Ibrahim Fibres Limited and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Allied Bank Limited since 2004, where his strategic guidance has played a key role in the Bank’s technological upgradation. He also serves as a Director on the boards of Ibrahim Holdings (Private) Limited, Ibrahim Agencies (Private) Limited, and ABL Asset Management Company Limited.

He is a Chemical Engineer with over 47 years of professional experience across the chemical, polyester, textile, and power plant sectors etc. He possesses extensive expertise in plant operations, engineering, and project management, with a proven track record in the successful execution of large-scale industrial projects. His professional approach emphasizes feasibility studies, preparation and evaluation of international tenders, management of technical and commercial contracts, efficient project implementation, technical excellence and long-term operational reliability. His experience is further strengthened by international training exposure in Germany, Switzerland, and Japan.
